Semi Independent Housing
Providing Semi Independent Housing in London
Semi Independent Housing: Importantly, we are a trusted partner for local authorities and social workers. Our semi independent housing is here to help. First, we provide safe and stable homes for young adults. Then, we give them a clear path to live fully on their own.

We Give Support Every Step of the Way
Our help does not end after the move. For instance, we meet one-to-one with each person often. We also teach skills like cooking and budgeting. As a result, young people grow in confidence and get ready for their future.
Good Homes in Safe Areas
Our homes are clean and fully furnished. Also, they are in good neighbourhoods. Most importantly, they are near buses, trains, and shops. This stable home helps each young person build a better future.
We Follow All Rules and Best Practices
We meet all local authority rules. Our team is also trained in safety and support. For example, our staff learn about child protection and trauma. This means we give kind and professional care every day.
We Support Your Important Work
Here, the team know that your job is very important. So, we make safe and supportive homes. We offer both freedom and the right help. Because of this, young people learn key life skills step by step.
Our Promise to You
At Strategy Housing, we promise high quality. Importantly, all our homes follow the UK Supported Accommodation Regulations. In short, we focus on safety, care, and good results for every young person we support.
Building Brighter Futures Together
Above all, our goal is simple: to give young adults the tools and confidence they need. In the end, a stable home and the right support build a foundation for a positive, independent future. So, partner with us to make this happen.
Safe Steps to Independence
Certainly, here at Strategy Housing, we make the process smooth for you, too. Surely, from the first referral to regular progress updates, we communicate clearly and work as part of your team. Together, we can ensure a steady, supported journey from dependence to confident independence for every young person.
How to Make a Referral – It's Simple
We work only with you – local authorities and social workers. So, we cannot take referrals from young people directly. So, here is our easy process:
First, Contact Us. Call or email our team to talk about your needs.
Next, We Make a Match. We then find the best home for the young person.
After That, We Agree. We work with you to plan a smooth move.
Finally, We Give Support. We then provide regular meetings and life skills training.
